The ACI 107667 is a partially insulated crimp wire ferrule designed for use with 12 AWG (4 sq mm) stranded conductors. Ferrules of this type provide a clean, secure termination at the end of a stranded wire, preventing fraying and ensuring consistent contact pressure when the wire is inserted into a terminal block, din rail device, or similar screw-clamp connector. The gray partial insulation collar identifies the 12 AWG gauge range and protects the insulation transition point during and after crimping. Installation requires a ratcheting ferrule crimping tool sized for the appropriate die. The pin measures 18 mm in length with a 3.2 mm pin diameter and an overall length of approximately 25.5 mm.
This ferrule is used in control panel wiring, industrial automation cabinets, HVAC control boards, building automation systems, and other low-voltage or line-voltage wiring applications where stranded conductors must terminate into a compression-style terminal block. Electricians and controls technicians install ferrules during panel builds and field wiring tasks. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 100 units, making them well-suited for bulk panel assembly work.
