The ACI 107663 is a partially insulated crimp wire ferrule designed for use with 16 AWG conductors. Ferrules terminate stranded wire ends before insertion into screw-cage or push-in terminal blocks, preventing strand separation and reducing the risk of loose connections over time. This ferrule features a 12mm pin length and an 18.4mm overall length, with a 2mm pin diameter. The red insulation collar identifies it as a 16 AWG (1.5 sq mm) ferrule, consistent with standard color-coding conventions used across the industry.
