The ACCUPRO T2634322B is a spiral flute tap designed to cut 10-24 unified coarse threads in through-holes and blind holes where chip evacuation is critical. Built from 3% vanadium high speed steel (HSS), this tap delivers greater wear resistance than standard M2 HSS, making it well suited for production tapping in steel and similar ferrous materials. The modified bottoming chamfer allows threading closer to the bottom of a blind hole while still providing enough lead-in for reliable thread engagement. With a 33-degree helix angle and right-hand spiral flute design, chips are pulled up and out of the hole during the cut, reducing the risk of chip packing and tap breakage.

Installation Notes
