With a 0.500 inch diameter, a 90-degree point angle, and a 1 inch length of cut, this tool handles center drilling, spot drilling, chamfering, and peripheral milling without a tool change. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the edge retention and rigidity needed for working in steel, aluminum, and other machinable metals. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC and manual milling setups. Two flutes balance chip evacuation with core strength at this diameter.
