The ACCUPRO NP01640200MSC is a keyless drill chuck designed for use on BT40 taper shank tooling systems in CNC machining centers and milling machines. It accepts drill shanks from 1/8 inch to 5/8 inch (0.6250 inch maximum decimal), covering a wide range of twist drills, end mills, and similar round-shank cutting tools. The chuck uses an integral shank mount for direct BT40 spindle connection, eliminating the need for a separate arbor. A ball bearing mechanism supports smooth jaw actuation, and the 55 mm sleeve diameter provides a firm grip surface. Total indicator runout (TIR) is rated at 0.0016 inch, making it suitable for precision drilling operations. A spanner wrench is included. Installed by CNC machinists and tool-room technicians.
