The ACCUPRO ER20HP 02.38 is a precision ER20-series collet designed for use in CNC machining centers, milling machines, and tool holders that accept the ER20 collet standard. This collet grips 3/32-inch shank tooling and delivers a total indicated runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches (0.005 mm), making it suitable for applications where tool concentricity directly affects surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The overall length is 31.5 mm. It is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians as part of a collet chuck assembly.
