The ACCUPRO ER-32-LTF is a spanner wrench designed for tightening and loosening collet chucks in ER-series toolholding systems. It provides the mechanical leverage needed to properly seat and release collets during tool changes on CNC machining centers, mills, and manual spindles. Compatible with ER11, ER16, and ER32 collet series, this single wrench covers a broad range of common toolholder sizes found in most machine shops. The wrench weighs 1.2 pounds and measures 11.88 inches in height, 3.31 inches in width, and 0.25 inches in length profile. Machinists and CNC setup technicians are the primary users of this tool.
This spanner wrench is used wherever ER-style collet chucks are in service, including production machine shops, toolrooms, and maintenance environments running CNC or manual milling equipment. It is also suited for use with pull studs and retention knobs, making it a versatile hand tool for general spindle tooling maintenance. The ER11, ER16, and ER32 collet series it supports are among the most widely used standards in light-to-medium duty CNC machining applications, covering a wide range of tool shank diameters.
Designed for use with ER11, ER16, and ER32 collet chucks, pull studs, and retention knobs in standard ER-series toolholding applications.
Tool changes involving collet chucks should be performed with the machine spindle fully stopped and power isolated per shop lockout/tagout procedures. Apply wrench engagement squarely to avoid rounding the collet nut. Do not use extensions or impact tools with this spanner wrench. Consult the toolholder manufacturer specifications for proper collet seating torque.
