The ACCUPRO EM99943836 is a single-end chamfer mill designed for deburring, chamfering, and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and wear resistance needed for precision work in demanding machining environments. The cutter head measures 0.125 inches in diameter with a 0.100-inch length of cut and carries an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) coating that extends tool life under elevated cutting temperatures. With a right-hand cutting direction and 2-flute geometry, this tool is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills where clean, repeatable chamfers are required.
This chamfer mill is used in metal fabrication, tool-and-die, aerospace, and general machine shop applications where consistent edge preparation is critical. The compact 0.125-inch cutter diameter makes it well-suited for tight-clearance work and small-feature chamfering. The 1/8-inch shank diameter fits standard collets and tool holders commonly found in vertical machining centers and CNC routers. Machinists and CNC operators working with aluminum, stainless steel, hardened steels, and titanium alloys will find the AlTiN coating appropriate for dry or semi-dry cutting conditions.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard tooling selection for 1/8-inch collets and tool holders used in CNC machining centers, manual mills, and CNC routers requiring small-diameter chamfer milling capability.
Installation and operation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before inserting or removing the tool from the collet or tool holder. Verify collet size matches the 1/8-inch shank diameter and that runout is within acceptable tolerance before beginning a cut. Do not exceed the recommended depth of cut for the cutter diameter; consult published feeds-and-speeds data for the workpiece material and coating type.
