The ACCUPRO EM15401201 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 3/16 inch cutting diameter, a 3/4 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/8 inch overall length with a matching 3/16 inch shank diameter. The ultra micrograin carbide substrate is coated with TiAlN for extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. With two right-hand spiral flutes at a 30-degree helix angle, this end mill delivers efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The centercutting geometry allows for direct plunge entry into the workpiece.
