The ACCUPRO EI107020 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composite, and alloy workpieces. It carries a 5/16 inch mill diameter with a matching 5/16 inch shank diameter, a 13/16 inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2 inch overall length. The four-flute, spiral geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality. A diamond finish coating on the flutes reduces friction and extends tool life in demanding cutting conditions. This tool is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry into the workpiece without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill is suited for general-purpose and finishing milling operations on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration is the standard orientation for the majority of milling setups. Its micrograin carbide substrate makes it well suited for ferrous and non-ferrous materials where edge retention and dimensional accuracy are required.
