The ACCUPRO ED99921222 is a single-end square end mill designed for metal cutting applications in milling machines and machining centers. Built from powdered metal and coated with titanium carbonitride (TiCN), this tool delivers improved wear resistance and surface hardness compared to standard high-speed steel. The 3/4-inch diameter cutting face is paired with a 2-1/4-inch length of cut and a 42-degree helix angle, which promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. Three right-hand spiral flutes handle material removal across a broad range of metals and alloys. The tool is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry as well as conventional peripheral and slot milling.

This end mill is suited for job shops, production machining, and tool rooms working with steel, stainless, cast iron, and similar ferrous materials. The TiCN coating extends tool life in abrasive and high-heat cutting conditions. The 3/4-inch shank diameter fits standard collet chucks, end mill holders, and ER-style tooling commonly found on vertical and horizontal milling machines and CNC machining centers.
