Built from submicron-grade carbide, this bar delivers consistent edge integrity and wear resistance in tight-tolerance applications. It features a 0.25 inch shank diameter, an overall length of 2.5 inches, and a corner radius range of 0.0050 to 0.008 inches. The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with the workpiece material is a concern. Right-hand cut geometry makes this bar compatible with standard spindle configurations.
This boring bar is suited for small-diameter internal finishing work requiring precise corner radius control. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.2 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.9 inches, it fits production and toolroom environments where small-bore accuracy is critical.
