The ACCUPRO B1801250A is a solid carbide boring bar designed for internal bore finishing and sizing operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide with an AlTiN finish coating, this bar delivers the wear resistance and edge stability needed for tight-tolerance boring work in hardened steels, cast iron, and high-temp alloys. It features a right-hand cutting direction, a 0.18 inch minimum bore diameter, and a maximum bore depth of 1.25 inches. The 1/4 inch shank diameter and 2.5 inch overall length make it well-suited for small-bore applications where rigidity and dimensional accuracy are critical.

This boring bar is used in precision machining environments including job shops, production turning cells, and toolroom operations.
