The ACCUPRO B110200A is a solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal boring operations on CNC and manual lathes. Built from submicron-grade carbide with an AlTiN finish coating, this tool delivers consistent performance in hardened and abrasive materials where standard carbide grades wear prematurely. It cuts in a right-hand direction with a minimum bore diameter of 0.11 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.2000 inches (13/64 inches). The 1/8-inch shank diameter and 1.5-inch overall length make it suited to small-bore work requiring tight access and dimensional accuracy.
This boring bar is used in precision machining environments for small-diameter internal boring on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces. It fits toolholders accepting a 1/8-inch shank and is appropriate for production and job-shop settings where close-tolerance bores are required.
