Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, this right-hand cutting tool delivers consistent dimensional accuracy in small-bore work where rigidity and wear resistance are critical. It features a 0.0600 inch minimum bore diameter, a 1/8 inch shank diameter, and an overall length of 1.5 inches. The submicron carbide grade supports higher cutting speeds and longer tool life compared to standard carbide grades. Machinists working in production or toolroom environments rely on this bar for fine-bore finishing in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
This boring bar is suited for CNC machining centers, manual lathes, and bench-top precision drilling setups where small-bore internal geometry is required.
