The ACCUPRO ACC-GR241-15 is a solid carbide O-ring grooving tool designed for internal grooving operations that require precise groove geometry to accept O-ring seals. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, this tool delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for consistent, repeatable cuts in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 3/8-inch shank diameter and a groove width of 0.2420 inches, it is sized for use in small-diameter bores where accurate groove profiles are critical to sealing performance. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on hydraulic fittings, pneumatic components, and fluid-system housings are the primary installers of this tool.
This grooving tool is suited for CNC lathes and manual turning operations requiring internal O-ring groove cuts in bores with a minimum hole diameter of 0.3750 inches.
