The ACCUPRO ACC-G030K-6 is a solid carbide retaining ring grooving tool designed for cutting internal retaining ring grooves in precision machining applications. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide, it delivers the hardness and edge retention needed for accurate, repeatable groove profiles in small-bore work. The tool features a 3/16-inch shank diameter and measures 2 inches in overall length. A 0.05-inch projection keeps the cutting edge positioned correctly relative to the workpiece, making it well suited for close-tolerance internal grooving where tool rigidity is critical.
This grooving tool is used in machining environments where retaining ring grooves must be cut into small-diameter bores.
