Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide with a bright finish, it delivers tight dimensional control in small-bore applications. The bar has a minimum bore diameter of 0.23 inches and a maximum bore depth of 1.1 inches, making it well suited for shallow, tight-tolerance bores where rigidity and tool life are critical. The 5/16-inch shank diameter and 2.5-inch overall length keep the setup compact and stable in close-clearance toolholders.
This boring bar is intended for use in machine shops, tool rooms, and production environments where small-diameter internal turning is required.
