The ACCUPRO ACC-BB360500G is a solid carbide boring bar designed for internal diameter boring operations on lathes and turning centers. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating, this bar delivers excellent wear resistance and edge retention when machining ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a right-hand cutting direction, a 3/8-inch shank diameter, and an overall length of 2.5 inches. The 0.36-inch minimum bore diameter and 0.5-inch maximum bore depth make it well suited for small-bore finish and semi-finish turning work. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals are the primary users of this tooling.

This boring bar is intended for use in small-bore internal turning applications where tight tolerances and a quality surface finish are required. The micrograin carbide substrate resists chipping under interrupted cuts and at higher surface speeds.
