Built from submicron-grade carbide with a bright finish, this bar handles tight-tolerance bores starting at 0.32 inches minimum diameter and reaching depths up to 0.9 inches. The 3/8-inch shank diameter and 2.5-inch overall length suit compact tool holders and smaller-bore applications where rigidity and dimensional accuracy are critical. Machinists and toolroom technicians use this bar when finish quality and positional accuracy inside a bore cannot be compromised.
