The ACCUPRO ACC-BB3202000 is a solid carbide boring bar designed for internal diameter boring operations on lathes and turning centers. Built from submicron-grade carbide with a bright finish coating, this bar delivers consistent cutting performance in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It accepts a minimum bore diameter of 0.32 inches and reaches a maximum bore depth of 2 inches, making it well suited for shallow-to-mid-depth precision bores. The 3/8-inch shank diameter fits standard tool holders, and the 4-inch overall length provides adequate clearance in most toolpost setups. Machinists and tool-and-die technicians typically specify submicron carbide bars where finish quality and edge retention are priorities.
This boring bar is used in precision turning and boring applications where tight tolerances and consistent surface finish are required. It is appropriate for production machining, job shop work, and maintenance machining environments. Right-hand cutting direction means the bar feeds from right to left in standard lathe orientation.
