The ACCUPRO ACC-BB110600G is a solid carbide boring bar designed for precision internal boring operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this right-hand cut tool delivers tight dimensional control in small-bore applications. A titanium nitride (TiN) finish coating reduces friction and extends cutting edge life. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.11 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.6 inches, it is well suited to finishing and semi-finishing passes in small, deep-access bores. The 1/8-inch shank diameter and 1-1/2-inch overall length make it compact and rigid for high-precision work.
This boring bar is used in job shops and production machining environments for turning and boring small-diameter features in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is appropriate for applications where dimensional accuracy and surface finish are critical, such as bearing seats, valve bores, and precision-fit housings. Machinists and CNC operators working with small-bore geometries will find this tool effective for both light roughing and finishing cuts within its rated depth capacity.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement for standard 1/8-inch shank boring bar toolholders used in CNC and manual turning applications requiring right-hand cut, small-bore tooling.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC operator. Secure the shank firmly in a compatible toolholder and verify runout before cutting. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before mounting or removing the tool. Follow the machine manufacturer guidelines and applicable shop safety procedures when setting tool offsets and depth-of-cut parameters.
