Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed to hold tight tolerances in tight spaces. The tool features a right-hand cutting direction, a minimum bore diameter of 0.1000 inches, a maximum bore depth of 0.1500 inches, a 1/8 inch shank diameter, and an overall length of 1.5 inches. It is suited for machinists and tool and die professionals running small-bore finishing passes on CNC lathes, manual lathes, and boring mills.
This boring bar is intended for small-diameter internal boring applications where rigidity and surface finish are critical. The micrograin carbide construction makes it appropriate for ferrous and non-ferrous materials requiring a clean, accurate bore.
