The ACCUPRO ACC-BB060400G is a micrograin solid carbide boring bar designed for tight-tolerance internal boring operations on small-diameter features. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.06 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.4 inches, this bar handles precision work where rigidity and edge retention are critical. The TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating reduces friction and extends tool life across a range of workpiece materials. The 1/8 inch shank diameter and 1.5 inch overall length make it well suited for compact toolholding setups on CNC lathes, manual lathes, and boring head assemblies.
This boring bar is used in precision machining environments where small-bore internal turning is required. Typical applications include finishing bores on small components such as bushings, sleeves, hydraulic valve bodies, and instrumentation parts. The right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional lathe setups.
