The ACCUPRO A-6200235R is a solid carbide micro drill bit engineered for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. Built from solid carbide construction, it delivers the rigidity and wear resistance needed when working with hard or abrasive materials at tight tolerances. The bit features a 140-degree point angle for reduced thrust and cleaner entry, a spiral flute geometry for efficient chip evacuation, and a bright uncoated finish suited to a wide range of workpiece materials. At 2.35 mm in diameter with a 50 mm overall length, it is part of ACCUPRO's Miniature series and is sized for applications where standard drill bits cannot reach the required precision.
This micro drill bit is designed for use in precision machining environments including CNC machining centers, drill presses, and benchtop machines where small-diameter hole accuracy is critical. It is commonly used in tool and die work, electronics manufacturing, medical device fabrication, and general precision metalworking. The straight-cylindrical shank with a 3.00 mm shank diameter seats securely in standard collets and chucks. The right-hand cut and regular spiral type make it a conventional, easy-to-source replacement for worn miniature bits in high-throughput production settings.
Designed as a miniature series solid carbide drill bit for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand-held equipment accepting a 3.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation and use should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician familiar with small-diameter carbide tooling. Secure the shank fully in a collet or drill chuck rated for the spindle speed required by the workpiece material before operation. Carbide is brittle at small diameters — avoid side loading, interrupted cuts without proper feed reduction, and cross-threading during tool changes. Always verify spindle runout is within acceptable limits before drilling to prevent premature breakage of the micro bit.
