The ACCUPRO A-6200095R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. It features a 0.95 mm cutting diameter (0.0374 inches decimal equivalent) and a 140-degree standard point angle that promotes accurate entry and reduces walking on hard materials. The overall length is 50 mm with a 6.70 mm flute length and a 3.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank. The bright uncoated finish suits a wide range of materials where coating adhesion or heat buildup is not a concern. This bit is used by machinists, toolmakers, and precision fabricators working on tight-tolerance drilling operations in production or job-shop environments.
The A-6200095R fits into standard drill chucks and collet holders accepting a 3.00 mm shank diameter. It is well suited for PCB drilling, instrument components, medical device parts, watchmaking, and other miniature fabrication tasks where hole diameter consistency and bit rigidity are critical. The right-hand spiral flute design promotes chip evacuation during through-hole and blind-hole drilling. This bit does not support coolant-through operation and is intended for use with external coolant or dry drilling where the application permits.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use micro drill bit for any setup accepting a 3.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank, including standard drill presses, CNC machining centers, and precision hand-drill fixtures configured for miniature series tooling.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or toolroom technicians familiar with micro-diameter cutting tools. Ensure the spindle and chuck or collet are fully powered down and locked out before inserting or removing the bit. Micro carbide bits are brittle and should not be forced or side-loaded during entry. Use the lowest feed rate and appropriate RPM for the workpiece material to avoid bit breakage.
