The ACCUPRO A-6120134R is a miniature series solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in tight-tolerance applications. Built from solid carbide, this bit delivers the rigidity and wear resistance needed when working with hard materials at small diameters. It measures 1.34 mm in diameter (0.0528 inches) with a 120-degree point angle and a spiral flute configuration that promotes chip evacuation during drilling. The overall length is 30 mm, with a flute length of 6.70 mm. The bright, uncoated finish keeps the surface free from added coating thickness, which matters when holding exact hole tolerances at this scale. Licensed machinists, toolroom technicians, and precision fabricators are the primary users of this type of bit.
This micro drill bit fits applications where standard jobber-length bits are too large or too coarse for the work. Common uses include printed circuit board drilling, instrument manufacturing, watch and clock repair tooling, medical device component fabrication, and other precision machining tasks requiring sub-2 mm hole diameters. The right-hand cutting direction and straight-cylindrical shank at 1.50 mm allow it to seat in standard miniature chucks and collet holders. It is sold individually per package with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.
Designed for use in standard miniature drill chucks and collet holders accepting a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank. Suitable for CNC machining centers, benchtop drill presses, and hand-held precision drilling fixtures configured for micro-diameter tooling.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or toolroom technicians familiar with micro-diameter tooling. Ensure the spindle and collet or chuck are clean and free of debris before seating the shank to prevent runout. At sub-2 mm diameters, feed rate and spindle speed selection are critical to preventing bit breakage; consult manufacturer tooling data for the workpiece material. Always power down and lock out the machine before changing tooling.
