The ACCUPRO A-6120060R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in tight-tolerance applications. With a 0.6 mm (0.0236 inch) diameter and a 120-degree point angle, this bit delivers clean, accurate entry in hard and abrasive materials where standard high-speed steel tooling cannot hold tolerances. The spiral flute geometry promotes chip evacuation during through-hole and blind-hole operations. At 30 mm overall length with a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, the bit seats securely in collet-style or precision drill chucks. It is sold individually and carries a minimum order quantity of 10 units per order.
This bit belongs to the ACCUPRO Miniature Series and is suited for precision machining, PCB drilling, instrument manufacturing, mold work, and other applications requiring sub-millimeter hole diameters. Right-hand cutting direction makes it compatible with standard CNC machining centers, drill presses, and high-speed hand-piece spindles running conventional rotation. No coolant-through feature; external coolant or dry cutting practices apply depending on workpiece material.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers, micro drill presses, and high-speed spindles accepting a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank. Suitable for right-hand rotation setups running conventional cutting direction.
Micro drill bits of this diameter are installed and serviced by machinists and precision tooling technicians. Always power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully in the collet or chuck and verify runout with a dial indicator before cutting, as even minor misalignment at this diameter can cause immediate breakage. Feed rates and spindle speeds must be appropriate for the workpiece material and this diameter — consult manufacturer feeds-and-speeds data for sub-millimeter carbide tooling.
