The ACCUPRO A-6100137R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in tight-tolerance applications. With a 1.37 mm (0.0539 inch) diameter and a 120-degree standard point angle, this bit delivers clean entry and accurate positioning in small-diameter work. The bright, uncoated finish suits general-purpose use across a range of materials. A spiral flute with regular helix promotes chip evacuation in shallow-to-medium depth holes. Overall length is 30 mm with an 11.20 mm flute length, keeping the tool compact and rigid for micro-scale drilling tasks. It is part of the ACCUPRO Miniature series and is used by machinists, tool and die makers, and precision fabricators.
This micro drill bit is suited for applications requiring sub-2 mm hole diameters in metals, plastics, and composite materials. Typical use cases include electronics manufacturing, instrument components, fixture fabrication, and precision machining. The straight-cylindrical shank with a 1.50 mm shank diameter seats securely in standard collet chucks and drill chucks configured for micro tooling. Right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional CNC and manual spindle operation. The compact 30 mm overall length limits overhang and reduces deflection risk at small diameters.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and manual spindles equipped with collet chucks or drill chucks accepting a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank. Part of the ACCUPRO Miniature series for sub-2 mm drilling applications.
This bit is installed by machinist or toolroom personnel. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the straight shank fully into the collet or chuck and confirm runout is within tolerance before starting, as micro-diameter bits are sensitive to even minor misalignment. Avoid side-loading or prying forces that can fracture the carbide shank at this diameter.
