The ACCUPRO A-6100119R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in small-diameter applications. It measures 3/64 inch (0.0469 inch) in diameter with a 120-degree drill point angle and a bright, uncoated finish. The bit features a spiral, regular-hand flute geometry and a straight-cylindrical shank. With an overall length of 30.00 mm and a flute length of 10.00 mm, this miniature series bit is built for tight-tolerance work in metals, plastics, and composites. It is installed by machinists, toolmakers, and precision fabricators working on CNC equipment or manual drill presses requiring small-bore accuracy.
This drill bit is suited for applications where standard-size tooling is too large and dimensional precision is critical. Typical use cases include PCB drilling, watch and instrument manufacturing, mold and die work, and fine-component fabrication. The solid carbide construction maintains cutting edge integrity at higher RPMs common in micro-drilling operations. The bright, uncoated surface finish is appropriate for non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials that do not require coated tooling for chip evacuation or heat resistance. Right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional drill press and CNC spindle rotation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use miniature drill bit compatible with CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision hand-held equipment accepting a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the spindle and collet or chuck are fully de-energized and at rest before inserting or removing the bit. Verify collet size matches the 1.50 mm shank diameter to prevent runout and premature breakage. Micro drill bits are fragile at this diameter and should be run at manufacturer-recommended RPM ranges for the workpiece material to avoid snapping.
