The ACCUPRO A-6100075R is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision small-diameter drilling in tight-tolerance applications. Ground to a 0.75 mm diameter (0.0295 inches) with a 120-degree standard point angle, this bit delivers clean entry and accurate hole positioning in hard and abrasive materials. The bright, uncoated finish suits applications where coating buildup or contamination is a concern. With a 30 mm overall length and a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, it fits standard collet chucks used on CNC machining centers, drill presses, and precision bench-top units. It is intended for use by machinists, toolmakers, and precision fabricators working in production or prototype environments.
This miniature series drill bit is suited for small-hole work in materials such as ferrous metals, non-ferrous alloys, and engineering plastics. Typical applications include PCB drilling, watch and instrument components, medical device parts, and other fine-tolerance work where a standard jobber-length bit would be too large or too flexible. The 5.60 mm flute length keeps the cutting zone short for rigidity at this diameter. Right-hand cut geometry is standard for conventional spindle rotation on most CNC and manual drilling equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style miniature drill bit for use in collet-style toolholding systems that accept a 1.50 mm straight-cylindrical shank, typical of CNC machining centers, precision drill presses, and micro-drilling spindles used in metalworking and electronics fabrication.
Miniature carbide drill bits are installed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel. Confirm collet size matches the 1.50 mm shank diameter before seating the tool. Carbide is brittle at small diameters — avoid side-loading, interrupted cuts without proper feed reduction, and re-chucking without inspecting the shank for chips or scoring. Set spindle speed and feed rate per material guidelines for solid carbide at this diameter; excessive feed is the primary cause of breakage.
