The ACCUPRO 95172651 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hardened workpiece materials. The tool features a 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) diameter with a 0.0300 inch corner radius, a 13/16 inch (0.8125 inch) length of cut, and a 2.5 inch overall length. The AlCrTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection suited to high-speed and dry machining conditions. Four flutes with a variable index and variable helix geometry reduce chatter and improve chip evacuation. This end mill is installed and run by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop, production, and toolroom environments.

This end mill is suited for slotting, profiling, and finishing operations where a controlled corner radius is required to reduce stress concentration in milled features.
