The ACCUPRO 95171109 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It carries a ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating that improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in high-speed applications. The mill features a 0.625 inch diameter, a 0.75 inch length of cut, a 37-degree helix angle, and a 0.060 inch corner radius. The extended reach design, with a 3.375 inch reach length and 6 inch overall length, allows access to deep pockets and tall workpiece features. Centercutting geometry permits plunge entry. This tool is intended for use by machinists and toolroom professionals working on CNC machining centers and manual mills.
