The ACCUPRO 95169908 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length, this single-end mill handles aggressive material removal while maintaining tight tolerances. The AlCrTiN coating provides thermal resistance and hardness at elevated cutting temperatures. A 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation. Variable index spacing reduces harmonic vibration during cutting. This tool is installed and operated by CNC machinists and tool room operators working with machining centers and vertical mills.
This end mill is suited for profiling, slotting, and contouring operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a corner radius is required to reduce stress concentration at part features. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece. Right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting direction are standard for conventional CNC spindle operation. The straight-cylindrical shank at 3/4 inch diameter seats directly in standard ER or end mill holders.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement end mill for use in standard 3/4 inch end mill holders or collet chucks compatible with straight-cylindrical shank tooling.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and locked out before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully into the holder to the recommended grip length before torquing the retention screw or collet nut. Verify runout with a dial indicator after mounting to confirm concentricity before beginning a cut.
