It features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 4-inch overall length. The AlCrTiN coating provides heat and oxidation resistance at elevated cutting speeds. With four flutes, a 38-degree helix angle, and a variable index geometry, this tool delivers improved surface finish and reduced chatter in demanding applications. It is center-cutting, allowing direct plunge entry. The micrograin carbide substrate supports both roughing and finishing passes without edge deterioration.
