The ACCUPRO 95169645 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal cutting and machining applications. It features a 1/2 inch diameter with a 0.0300 inch corner radius, delivering controlled edge geometry that reduces stress concentration and extends tool life in demanding cuts. The 4-flute, single-end configuration with a long 1-1/2 inch length of cut provides excellent chip evacuation and rigidity. An AlCrTiN physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating improves heat and wear resistance at elevated cutting speeds. This tool is used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals on CNC machining centers and manual mills.

The 95169645 is suited for profiling, slotting, and contouring operations in ferrous and hardened materials where a radiused corner is required to prevent sharp-corner stress risers. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, giving the operator flexibility in toolpath programming.
