The ACCUPRO 95168828 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking and machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it handles high-heat cutting environments with extended tool life. The 5-flute, single-end configuration provides a strong balance of chip evacuation and surface finish quality. At 0.7500 inches in diameter with a 0.0600-inch corner radius, it machines radiused features and contours with tight tolerances. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers working in job shops, aerospace, mold and die, and general precision manufacturing environments.
This end mill suits a wide range of milling operations where corner radius geometry is required to reduce stress concentrations and improve part quality. With a 1-inch length of cut, a 5-inch overall length, and an extended reach of 2.375 inches, it is well suited for deeper cavity work and peripheral milling in tight setups. The right-hand cutting direction and spiral flute type make it compatible with standard vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers running right-hand spindle rotation. The 3/4-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and end mill holders in that bore size.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills with right-hand spindle rotation accepting a 3/4-inch shank. Suitable for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, hardened alloys, and similar ferrous materials where AlTiN coating performance is appropriate.
This end mill is installed by machinists using a compatible end mill holder or collet chuck rated for the 3/4-inch shank diameter. Ensure the holder is clean and undamaged before seating the tool and torquing to the holder manufacturer specification. Confirm spindle rotation direction is right-hand before engaging the cut. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material and coating type.
