The ACCUPRO 95168777 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 5/8-inch diameter cutting profile with 5 flutes and a variable helix geometry that helps reduce harmonic vibration and chatter during cut. The nACRo coating provides enhanced heat and wear resistance, extending tool life in difficult materials. With a 1-5/8-inch length of cut and a 3-1/2-inch overall length, this end mill suits a wide range of profile, slotting, and peripheral milling operations. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop and production environments.
This end mill is suited for use in vertical and horizontal machining centers where high surface quality and dimensional accuracy are required. The right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction make it compatible with standard spindle configurations. The centercutting capability allows for plunge entry in addition to conventional side milling.
