The ACCUPRO 95168665 is a solid micrograin carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in demanding metalworking environments. It features a 3/4 inch diameter, a 0.0300 inch corner radius, and four right-hand spiral flutes that deliver smooth, stable cuts with reduced chatter. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life in high-speed applications involving hardened steels, stainless, titanium, and cast iron. With a 1 inch length of cut and a 5 inch overall length, this single-end centercutting tool is suited for both slotting and profiling passes. Installation and use are handled by machinists and CNC operators in job shop and production environments.
This end mill is appropriate for CNC machining centers and manual mills where corner radius geometry is required to reduce stress concentrations and improve surface finish in pocketing, contouring, and profiling operations. Its extended reach configuration, with a 2.375 inch reach length and 0.6750 inch neck diameter, allows access to deeper features without excessive deflection. The right-hand cutting direction and centercutting capability make it versatile across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials in both roughing and finishing applications.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills accepting a 3/4 inch shank. Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metalworking applications requiring corner radius end mill geometry.
This tool is installed and operated by machinists or CNC programmers familiar with end mill setup and speeds-and-feeds selection. Secure the 3/4 inch shank in a clean, properly sized collet or end mill holder to the machine spindle specification before running. Verify runout at the spindle prior to cutting. Follow the machine tool builder and tooling manufacturer guidelines for appropriate spindle speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut for the workpiece material and coating type.
