The ACCUPRO 95168624 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride), it delivers excellent heat resistance and wear life in ferrous and high-temp alloy applications. The tool features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/4-inch length of cut, and a 5-flute variable helix geometry that reduces harmonic vibration and improves chip evacuation. Right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute direction are standard. It is centercutting and extended reach capable, making it suitable for slotting, profiling, and plunging operations. Machinists and CNC operators in job shops, aerospace, and general metalworking rely on this geometry for consistent finish and tool life.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as manual knee mills with appropriate spindle speeds and feeds. The 1-inch shank diameter fits standard ER and side-lock toolholders. Verify runout with a dial indicator after clamping before initiating a cut.
