The ACCUPRO 95168562 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for precision chamfering and edge-breaking operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It measures 3/16 inches in diameter with a 5/8 inches length of cut and a 2 inches overall length. The 4-flute, right-hand spiral design features a variable helix and a 45-degree chamfer angle with a 0.0100 inch chamfer width. An AlTiN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in high-speed and dry-cutting applications. Centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry. Machinists and CNC operators in precision manufacturing and job shop environments are the primary users.

This end mill is suited for chamfering, edge preparation, and deburring on machined components in both manual milling and CNC machining center applications.
