The ACCUPRO 95168550 is a single-end corner radius end mill ground from micrograin solid carbide and coated with AlTiN for high-heat and high-hardness milling applications. It carries a 0.6250-inch mill diameter, a 0.0200-inch corner radius, and five flutes arranged in a variable-helix spiral geometry. The variable helix reduces chatter and harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts. This tool is centercutting, allowing direct plunge entry without a pre-drilled hole. It is intended for use by machinists and tooling professionals running CNC machining centers or manual knee mills.

This end mill is suited for finishing and semi-finishing operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a tight corner radius and long tool life are required.
