The ACCUPRO 95168251 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and hardened materials. It measures 3/16 inches in diameter with a 3/8-inch length of cut and a 2-inch overall length. The AlTiN coating improves heat resistance and tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. A variable helix flute geometry reduces harmonic vibration during the cut, helping maintain surface finish quality and dimensional accuracy. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher feeds and speeds compared to standard-grade carbide. This is a stub-length, single-end tool with right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry.
