The ACCUPRO 930-75012 is a helical flute thread mill designed for cutting internal 3/4-12 threads in demanding machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with TiAlN, this tool delivers thermal and wear resistance required for high-speed threading in ferrous and hardened materials. With 4 flutes, a 0.495 inch cutting diameter, and a 1.25 inch length of cut, it produces clean, accurate internal threads in a single helical interpolation pass. The 1/2 inch shank diameter fits standard milling chucks and collet holders. It is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shop and production environments.

This thread mill is suited for machining internal 3/4-12 UNC threads in materials where tap breakage is a risk or where a single tool must thread a range of hole sizes. Typical applications include aerospace, die and mold, and general precision machining on vertical or horizontal CNC machining centers.
