The ACCUPRO 784536 is a standard single angle collet in the TG/PG 75 series, designed for use in TG/PG 75 toolholders on CNC machining centers, lathes, and manual milling machines. It accepts a 0.2188-inch (7/32 inch) round shank tool and delivers a total indicated runout (TIR) of 0.00078 inches, providing the close concentricity required for precision drilling, reaming, and light milling operations. The maximum body diameter measures 1.063 inches and the overall length is 1.844 inches. This collet is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians as a standard workholding component in production and job-shop environments.
This collet is suited for residential shop, commercial production, and industrial toolroom applications wherever TG/PG 75 toolholding systems are in use. It is a direct-fit replacement or additional collet for any TG/PG 75 collet chuck setup. Typical applications include holding drill bits, end mills, reamers, and other round-shank cutting tools at or near the 7/32-inch nominal size. Single-piece packaging makes it convenient for individual replacement or incremental toolholding inventory builds.
Designed for use with TG/PG 75 series collet chucks and toolholders that accept the standard single angle collet form factor.
Installation is performed by a machinist or toolroom technician. The spindle or toolholder must be fully stopped and the machine powered down before inserting or removing collets. Use the appropriate collet wrench or spanner for the TG/PG 75 system to seat and torque the collet nut. Inspect the collet bore and toolholder taper for chips or debris before assembly to maintain runout specifications.
