The ACCUPRO 775630 is an ER11 collet chuck designed for precision CNC milling and machining applications. It features a CAT40 taper shank and accepts ER11 collets with a capacity range of 0.019 to 0.275 inches. The chuck delivers a maximum total indicator runout (TIR) of 0.0002 inches, making it suitable for tight-tolerance work. A 2.5-inch projection provides clearance for a range of workpiece geometries. Through-coolant capability supports both through-spindle and DIN flange coolant delivery, helping extend tool life and manage heat during high-speed cuts. Machinists and CNC setup technicians are the primary users of this tool holder.
This collet chuck is suited for CAT40-spindle machining centers in job shop and production environments. The ER11 collet system accommodates small-diameter end mills, drills, and reamers. The chuck is balanced to 30,000 RPM, making it appropriate for high-speed machining centers where spindle balance is critical to surface finish and spindle bearing life. Through-coolant routing is compatible with machines equipped with through-spindle coolant or DIN flange coolant supply systems.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Power down and lock out the machining center before mounting or removing the tool holder. Use the appropriate CAT40 pull stud and torque the retention knob to the machine spindle manufacturer specifications. Inspect the taper shank and spindle bore for contamination or damage before seating the chuck.
