The ACCUPRO 775126 is a CAT50 taper shank end mill holder designed for use in CNC machining centers requiring precise tool holding and coolant delivery. The holder accepts a 3/4 inch bore and provides a 3 inch projection, allowing clearance for a wide range of milling operations. It features through-spindle and DIN flange coolant compatibility, directing coolant directly to the cutting edge for improved chip evacuation and tool life. With a TIR of 0.0002 inches and a balance rating of 25,000 RPM, this holder is suited for high-speed, high-precision applications. Machinists and CNC setup technicians install this holder in production and job-shop environments.
This end mill holder is intended for use in CAT50-spindle CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers. The 3 inch projection suits applications where extended reach is needed, such as deep pocket milling or workholding clearance situations. The through-coolant design works with machines equipped with through-spindle coolant systems or DIN flange coolant delivery. It is appropriate for ferrous and non-ferrous milling operations where runout control and high-speed balance are critical requirements.
Designed for use in CNC machining centers with a CAT50 spindle interface and through-spindle or DIN flange coolant capability.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before inserting or removing the tool holder. Use the appropriate CAT50 pull stud and a calibrated torque wrench when securing the drawbar. Verify runout with a dial indicator after installation before resuming cutting operations.
