The ACCUPRO 75562827 is a CCMT-style carbide turning insert designed for precision external turning operations on CNC and manual lathes. Coded CCMT21.52 (ANSI) and CCMT060208 (ISO), this insert features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape with a 7-degree relief angle and a 0.80 mm corner radius. The CVD coating and ACP15K grade deliver high to moderate wear resistance across steel, stainless steel, and cast iron workpiece materials. With two usable cutting edges and a screw-type holding method, it offers consistent performance and economical tooling cost per edge. Installed by machinists and CNC operators in production turning applications.
This insert is suited for turning steel (P), stainless steel (M), and cast iron (K) workpieces where controlled chip formation and surface finish consistency are required. The WM+ chip breaker geometry supports moderate to finishing depth-of-cut ranges up to 3.00 mm. Neutral hand orientation makes it compatible with standard CCMT-designated toolholders used in both roughing and finishing passes on general-purpose turning centers.

Installation is performed by machinists and CNC tooling technicians. Power down and lock out the spindle before indexing or replacing inserts. Use the appropriate Torx or hex key to tighten the screw-type clamp to the toolholder manufacturers specified torque. Inspect the insert seat and toolholder pocket for chips or debris before seating the new insert to ensure proper contact and runout control.
