The ACCUPRO 75358606 is a CNMG433 style indexable turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Built from CVD-coated carbide in an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape, it delivers high wear resistance across steel and cast iron workpiece materials. The insert carries a neutral hand designation, a negative side clearance (clearance code N), and a tolerance code M for consistent dimensional repeatability. Corner radius measures 0.0472 inches (1.20 mm), and the inscribed circle diameter is 0.5000 inches (12.70 mm). Licensed machinists and CNC operators install this insert in standard CNMG-compatible toolholders for external turning, facing, and light profiling operations.
This insert is suited for production and job-shop turning applications involving steel (P-category) and cast iron (K-category) workpieces. The WM+ chip breaker geometry is optimized for moderate-to-finish cuts where chip control and surface finish consistency matter. Maximum depth of cut is 0.1575 inches (4.00 mm). It fits residential and commercial machine-shop environments, including automated cells and manual turning setups where repeatable insert indexing is required. Sold individually; minimum order quantity is 10 units per transaction.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement for standard CNMG433 (ISO: CNMG120412) toolholder pockets accepting negative-rake, 80-degree diamond inserts with a 0.2043-inch hole diameter and 0.1874-inch insert thickness. Manufacturer grade ACK20P, series CI.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC tooling technicians. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before indexing or replacing inserts. Use the appropriate torque wrench and insert key specified by the toolholder manufacturer when securing clamp, screw, or lever-lock styles — do not overtighten. Inspect the toolholder pocket and seating surfaces for chips or wear before seating a new insert to maintain dimensional accuracy.
