The ACCUPRO 75262113 is a CCMT-style indexable turning insert designed for precision metal cutting on CNC and manual lathes. Built from carbide with a CVD coating and ACCUPRO grade ACP35M, this insert delivers high wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. The diamond (rhombic) 80-degree insert shape provides a strong cutting edge geometry, while the 7-degree relief angle and positive side clearance reduce cutting forces and minimize workpiece deflection. A WSF+ chip breaker promotes controlled chip formation during turning operations. The insert weighs 0.01 pounds and is held in place by screw-type clamping. Licensed machinists, CNC operators, and toolroom technicians are the primary installers.
This insert is suited for turning steel, stainless steel, and special or super alloys in both roughing and finishing applications. The ACP35M grade covers ISO material groups P (steel), M (stainless steel), and S (special and super alloys), offering a balance of wear resistance and toughness across those categories. The CCMT09T308 ISO geometry and CCMT32.52 ANSI geometry make this insert a standard fit for compatible screw-clamp toolholders used in production and job-shop turning environments.
Fits screw-clamp CCMT-style toolholders accepting ANSI size CCMT32.52 or ISO size CCMT09T308 inserts. Verify inscribed circle, thickness, and hole diameter against toolholder specifications before ordering.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC toolsetting technicians. Power down and lock out the machine spindle before indexing or replacing inserts. Use the correct torque wrench and insert screw specified by the toolholder manufacturer — do not overtighten, as carbide inserts are brittle and can crack under excess clamping force. Inspect the insert pocket and clamping screw for wear or debris before seating a new insert.
